Protect Kaho‘olawe ‘Ohana. The term, "‘ohana," reflects the way we care for one another on island. It tells us who cares for whom and who does what jobs. Some plant native grasses, some conduct ceremonies, some place pōhaku, some drive the boat, some plan the projects and some do the shopping. Not all ‘Ohana members come on island, but all efforts contribute to the restoration of the island, to the progress of Kanaloa.
