We, the undersigned aloha ʻāina, stand in opposition to the leasing of all ʻāina (land and sea) for continued military use.

We affirm that Native Hawaiians and the people of Hawaiʻi are the beneficiaries of the Public Land Trust and that the State of Hawaiʻi must thoroughly consult these beneficiaries and be responsive to the will of the people as expressed in this petition.
